This website (elisify.biz) and the Eliseen brand are operated by Elisify Pte. Ltd. (“Eliseen”, “Elisify”, “we”, “us”, “our”; UEN 202531941K), a company based in Singapore. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect from visitors and customers (including those in the United States), how we use it, how we share it, and the choices and rights you have.
Information we collect
- Identifiers and contact details you provide voluntarily — such as your name and email address — when you contact us through our enquiry form.
- Order and transaction information — such as items purchased and the shipping details needed to fulfil an order — when you buy our products through marketplaces such as Amazon. These purchases are processed by the marketplace, and we receive the related order data from it.
- Technical and usage data — such as browser type, device information and pages visited — collected automatically to help us operate, secure and improve the site.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we do not knowingly collect more information than we need.

Marketplace & integrations
We sell through third-party marketplaces, including Amazon. Where authorised, we use Amazon’s developer interfaces (APIs) solely to retrieve our own business data — such as orders, inventory and listing performance — to manage our operations and keep our internal records up to date. Any customer information we receive in connection with an order is used only to fulfil that order and provide support, is handled in line with the applicable marketplace data-protection requirements, and is not used for unrelated purposes. We do not sell personal information, and we only access data we are authorised to access.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We share data only with service providers who help us operate (for example, marketplace, payment, hosting and communication providers), and only as needed to deliver our services or to comply with the law.
International data transfers
We operate from Singapore. If you access our site or purchase from outside Singapore (including from the United States), your information may be transferred to and processed in Singapore and other countries where we or our service providers operate. We take reasonable steps to protect your information wherever it is processed.
Data retention & security
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law, and we apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
Our site and products are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where a higher age applies under local law). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We do not currently send marketing emails or operate a mailing list.
